Bill Dudley Says ‘Fed-Induced’ Recession Unlikely to Be Deep

Former Federal Reserve Bank of New York President and Bloomberg Opinion columnist Bill Dudley says the Federal Reserve can end a “likely” US recession through policy easing. “I don’t think that there is a big risk of financial instability, a cataclysm that pushes the economy into a deep recession. I think it’s a recession where the Fed has the control,” he says on “Bloomberg Surveillance.” Dudley’s opinions are his own.
