Dan Ives, Wedbush Securities managing director and senior equity research analyst, sees potential spinoffs and “other strategic changes” for Salesforce in the wake of Elliott Investment Management’s decision to take a multibillion-dollar stake in the enterprise software firm. “For (Salesforce founder) Benioff, the clock just struck midnight,” Ives says on “Bloomberg Surveillance.”
